Glissando for macOS

Your studio's bounce folder, in your menu bar. Bounce a mix, confirm the match, and it's with your client — without touching a browser.

Coming soon

The first public build is being prepared. Check back here soon — once it ships, updates install automatically so you'll only ever download it once.

What it does

The uploader half of your Glissando workspace, running natively — so finished bounces reach the right song on their own.

Lives in your menu bar

A lightweight native app that sits next to the clock — no browser tab to keep open, no dock icon fighting for space.

Watches your bounces folder

Point it at the folder your DAW bounces into. When a new file lands, Glissando notices immediately — while your hands are still on the console.

Matches files to the right song

New bounces are matched against your Glissando catalog, so "MixV7_final_FINAL.wav" ends up attached to the song it belongs to.

One click to confirm the upload

You stay in control: review where a file is headed and confirm with a single click. Nothing is uploaded behind your back.

Native macOS notifications

Upload confirmations and activity arrive as real system notifications, not another tab you have to check.

Updates itself

New versions download and install automatically — once it's in your menu bar, you never need to come back to this page.

Installing

1. Open the downloaded DMG
Double-click the Glissando .dmg in your Downloads folder. A window opens with the Glissando app inside.
2. Drag Glissando to Applications
Drag the Glissando icon onto the Applications folder shortcut in the same window, then eject the DMG.
3. Launch it — macOS verifies the app
On first launch, macOS checks the app's notarization with Apple (a one-time verification sheet). Approve it and Glissando appears in your menu bar, ready to sign in.

Power users: the app updates itself via Sparkle — subscribe to the release feed directly if you want to watch versions land.
