DMCA Takedown Policy

Glissando respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

To file a notice of copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL or file path within Glissando).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, typically within 1–3 business days. We will notify the affected user and provide information about filing a counter-notification.
